AAD Auto Average Durometer

AAD/AAX auto averaging durometers test and average the hardness of rubber and plastics using constant load, speed and time controls that meet ASTM D2240 standards. Auto height adjustment enables quick setups. Test multiple scales using the appropriate durometer and weight.
Programming
AAD/AAX auto durometers are easily programmed using the highly visible OLED menu screens and push-buttons. Select peak, timer hold or real time mode. Auto Average automatically averages 2 – 99 measurements. Test multiple scales using the appropriate durometer and weight.
Operation
Simply press the MEASURE button. Fast approach starts at maximum speed and slows to preset measuring speed at the specified clearance.
Optional Data Acquisition Software
SW-1-TK hardness data acquisition software is a highly customized Excel spreadsheet designed to capture and analyze data from AAD/AAX auto averaging durometers. The spreadsheet provides a running log of all measurements along with a profile and statistical information including max, min, mean, and standard deviation.
